in the Declaration to be appurtenant thereto; together ~
with all appurtenances thereto, including,-without
limitation, the right of exclusive use of those areas,
spaces and portions of COMMON ELEMENTS of the
Condominium, declared in the Declaration of Condominium
to be LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS of the Unit.
To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
Grantee, by acceptance hereof and by agreement with Grantor,
hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply
with all ,of the covenants., terms, provisions and conditions set ,
.forth and contained in the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, including,
but not limited to, the obligation to pay assessments for the -
maintenance and operation of the Condominium which may be levied
against the above-described UNIT.
This conveyance is subject to the following: -
