This cause coming to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion to
Appoint Receiver, argument of counsel being heard and testimony
being taken before the Court, sitting without a fury, and the
Court being advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that W. R. SCOTT, ESQ., 700 Colorado
Avenue, Stuart, FL 33494, be and hereby is appointed Receiver of
TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. and AMERICAN RESORT MANAGEMENT, INC.,
with all rights and obligations and privileges given Receivers
under Florida law; upon stipulation of counsel in open Court, it
is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that bond for the Receiver be and
the same is hereby waived.
