FINAL JUDGMENT
The Court having reviewed this matter it makes the
following determinations:
1. A default was entered against the Defendant, EUGENE J.
HORN, on 5/1/79;
2. By virtue of a failure to timely respond to a Request
for Admissions, originally propounded in the above cause on
March 15, 1979, the Defendant is deemed to have admitted that
the sum of $3,343.48 is due in accordance with the terms of a
security agreement entered into with the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK
AT FORT PIERCE, said sum including late charges and cost of
repossession;
3. By virtue of affidavits filed by the attorney for
FLORIDA_BANK AT FORT PIERCE, the Court finds that the Defendant
is not now in the military service and that the Plaintiff has
expended taxable costs in the amount of $34.50. ~
It is accordingly, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the
Defendant, EUGENE J. HORN, is indebted to the Plaintiff, FLORIDA
~ BANK AT FORT PIERCE, in the amount of $3,377.98, for all of
which let execution issue.
