TO ALL THE. ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS TO WHOM IT
MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been
instituted by the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-
named Defendants in the above-specified Court involving the
following described real property situated in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Lot 36, of SHERATON PLAZA UNIT TWO REPEAT,
according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 16, Page 2, of the Public_ Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such
property is the foreclosure of a mortgage owned and held by
the Plaintiff encumbering the said property, to declare all ~
other interests in the property to be inferior to .that of
~ the Plaintiff and to foreclose same, and for certain other
