ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion for
an Order Compelling Discovery and for Sanctions and Expenses, and
the Court having heard the argument of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as. follows:
1. That SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., shall produce the
following records on or before 11:30 AM, June 19, 1980 at the
_ office of Plaintiff's counsel, Norman L. Paxton, Jr., at 604
Boston Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida:
All bank account records for SUERICH ENTERPRISES,
INC., including all cancelled checks, checkbook
ledger, deposit receipts, bank statements, check
stubs and savings account records, excluding any
Port St. Lucie Bank records previously furnished ,
E to Plaintiff's counsel. ~

2. That SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., shall pay the sum of {
$250.00 to Plaintiff's counsel,..Norman L. Paxton, Jr., as attorney's
fees for obtaining this Order pursuant to RCP 1.380(4). Provided,
i
however, if Defendant, SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., does not produce
the documents as ordered in paragraph 1 above by 11:30 AM, June 19,

~ 1980, the Court reserves the right to assess additional expenses
and attorney's fees against SUERICH ENTERPRISES; INC.
