ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the
Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and/or Strike, the Court
having had the benefit of argument from counsel and being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the parties shall submit memoranda. of
'law regarding the efficacy of the Plaintiff's claim for
punitive damages. Plaintiff's counsel shall have ten
days to file his memorandum after which the Defendants
shall have an equal amount of time to prepare and submit
their memorandum on the subject. Finally, Plaintiff
will have another-five days to reply.
! 2. The Defendants' Motion to Strike the Plaintiff's
f
claim for interest is hereby granted and the claim for
interest is stricken from the. complaint.
