That the parties shall submit memoranda. of 'law regarding the efficacy of the Plaintiff's claim for punitive damages. Plaintiff's counsel shall have ten days to file his memorandum after which the Defendants shall have an equal amount of time to prepare and submit their memorandum on the subject. Finally, Plaintiff will have another-five days to reply. ! 2. The Defendants' Motion to Strike the Plaintiff's f claim for interest is hereby granted and the claim for interest is stricken from the. complaint. ~ DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this ~ day of June, 1980.
