FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, promises to pay to H. GRIFFITH
JONES and L. BERN ICE JONES, his wife, or order, in the manner
hereinafter specified, the principal sum of FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($53;250.00}, with interest
from date at the rate of 15$ ger annum on the balance from time
to time remaining unpaid. The said principal and interest shall
be payable in lawful money of the United States of America at
1004 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, or at
such other place as may hereafter be designated by written notice
from the holder to the maker hereof, on the date and in the
manner following:
Interest in the amount of $665.63 shall be paid monthly commencing
one (1) month from date of closing and monthly to and including

and payable .
If default is made in any payment when due and continues for 30
` days, then at the option of the holder, and without any other
notice, all the remaining balance shall be due and payable at
once.
And each of us whether maker, guarantor or endorser, hereby severally
waives and renounces any and all homestead exemption rights we
may have under the Constitution or Laws of the state of Florida, or
another State or United States, as against this note; and each
further waives demand, notice of non-payment and protest, and in
event it becomes necessary to collect this note through an attorney,
agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys'
fees and costs of appellate proceedings.
All sums in default shall bear interest at 15$ per annum.
