icularly described as follows:
BEGIN at the Point of Intersection of the South line of said
Section 35 and the Westerly Right of Way line of State Road A-1-A;
thence run S 88°35'07" W along the South line of Section 35 a
distance of 835.13 feet; thence run N O1°24'53" W a distance of
691.10 feet to the Point of Intersection with a line lying 691._10
feet North of as measured on the perpendicular and parallel with
.the South line of said Section 35; thence run N 88° 35'07" E along
lastly said line a distance of 594.27 feet to the Point of Inter-
section with the Westerly Right of Way line of State Road A-1-A;
thence run S 200 25'40" E along said Westerly Right of Way line a
distance of 489.35 feet to the Point of Curvature of a curve concave
to the Northeast, having a radius of 11,509.20 feet; thence run
Southeasterly along the arc of said curve a distance of 242.55
feet, through a central angle of 1° 12'27" to the Point of Intersec-
tion with the South line of said Section 35, said point being the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
