PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representatives of the above estate, allege:
1. The decedent, MONROE TUCKER, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
died on April 2, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on April 12, 1979.
2. Heretofore filed herein are Waivers of Final Accounting, and waivers of
any notice of hearing of discharge of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by making payment,
settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and
by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of
administration.
4. The amount of campeasation either paid or to be paid to the personal
representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by
the personal representatives is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioners have filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal

Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and

€ have obtained and fildd with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's

obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioners have made or propose to make distribution of the assets of this
~ estate as set forth in the schedule of d"istribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
7. There are no other persons, other than Petitioners, having an interest in
this proceeding. -

WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that an Order be entered discharging Petitioners
as Personal Representatives of this estate.
