The undersigned .petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the surviving spouse of the decedent, as the sole benefici-
ary of the estate of the decedent and as the person designated
in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent to serve as
personal representative of th~,e decedent's estate. His name
and address are as set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and
address of his attorney is as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2: Decedent, DOROTHY E, ACKI.IN, whose last known ad-
dress was 45 Tangerine Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on
January 12, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time
of death, decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiary of
this estate, his address and relationship to the decedent,
are as follows:
