Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be ad-
witted to probate, that the Petitioner be appointed as personal
representative of the estate for the purpose of executing a
s release to Stephen N. Gladwin d/b/a Post No. 40, American Legion,
and-their insurance carrier, and that an order of Summary Admin-
