IN TAE NAME OF GOD, AMEN,
I, DOROTHY ACKLIN, domiciled and residing in the City
of Fort Pierce,-County of 3t. Lucie, State of Florida, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty
of this life, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
And Testament as follows, hereby revoking all other and former Wills
by me at any time made.
FIRST - After all my lawful debts, including doctors',
hospital and funeral bills and administrative expenses, are paid
and discharged, I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved husband,
CHARLES W. ACRLIN, of Fort Pierce, Florida, all of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, wherever the same may be situated or located,
of which I may die seized or possessed, absolutely and without
reservation.
SECOND - In the event that my said husband, CHARLES W.

t ACKL,IN, and I shall both die simultaneously or under such circum-

stances that it shall not be possible to determine which of us
died prior to the other, or, in the event that both of us shall be
immediately killed in a common accident or disaster, it shall be
presumed that my said husband predeceased me, in fact; or, in .the
event that both of us shall be injured in a common accident or dis-
aster and both of us shall die as a result thereof, either immediately
or within a period of not to exceed six (6) months from the date of
said common accident or disaster, it shall be presumed that my. said
