other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized
and empowered to comply with this order by paying, delivering
and transferring to those specified above the parts of the -
- decedent's estate assigned to them by this order, and such
persons shall not be accountable to anyone else for that property.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that CHARLES W. ACRLIN is appointed
personal representative of the estate of DOROTHY E. ACRL3N,
deceased, for the purpose of executing a General Release of
and for a personal in3ury liability claim accruing to the
decedent prior to her death against STEPHEN N. GLADWIN d/b/a
Post 40, American Legion.
