2. Decedent, SYLVIA FEINNE HEIFLER, whose last known
address was ~1 E1 Porto Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida. 33452,
died on September 7, 1978, at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart,
Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida. .
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of ~
f this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent

are: Petitioner, husband of decedent, and sole beneficiary ~
~ under the will of decedent. Petitioner's address is ~1 E1
Porto Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452. F

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was last domiciled in this county, and owned real
! property in this county.
5. The value of the gross estate at death for federal
~ estate tax purposes is less than $60,000.00, consisting of
