This cause coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition ~
of FRANKLIN GILBERT BOWEN, joined by his wife, ADENA GAIL BOWEN,
for the adoption of WILLIAM PATRICK KNOTT, and it appearing
to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person
to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the
best interests of this child will be promoted by the adoption
and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner,
FRANKLIN GILBERT BOWEN, and being otherwise fully advised in f

ORDERED AND ADJUDGEn that the minor child known as

WILLIAM PATRICK KNOTT is declared to be the legal child of the

Petitioner and is given the name of WILLIAM PATRICK BOWEN, by j

which name he shall hereafter be known. It is further (
f i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child
and legal heir of the Petitioner, FRANKLIN GILBERT BOWEN, ~
