FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
T~iIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me this day on motion of
the Petitioners for Final Judgment of Adoption, and it appearing to
the Court that the natural mother,LFNA DIANE WILSON,has filed a
consent for the adoption of the child herein, that permanent custody
of the child known in these proceedings as JASON JEROMCs VALENTINE,
be given to the Petitioner, and the Court now being advised in the.,
premises finds:
1. That the Petitioners, DOROTHY SMITH and ALBERT SMITH are
fit and proper persons to adopt the child named in the Petition, and
that the best interests of the said child will be promoted by such
adoption..
2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by the said
Petitioners.
It is, therefore, upon consideration:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(a) That the. permanent custody of the child known as
JASON JEROME VALENTINE, in these proceedings,be and the same is
~ hereby given to DOROTHY SMITH and ALBERT SMITH.
(b) That the said child now known as JASON JEROME VALENTINE
is given the lawful name of and shall henceforth be known as
JASON JOEL SMITH.
(c} That the said child is hereby declared to be the legal
child and lawful heir of DOROTHY SMITH and ALBERT SMITH, and the
said-child will be subject to all of the obligations and entitled
