AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Motion of the Plaintiff, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, to Amend the
Final Judgment as to Parcels 12 and 13, consolidating the same
as Consolidated Parcel 12, and for a sale thereof, and the
Court having considered the same, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment entered
by this Court under date of April 29, 1980, be and hereby is
amended in the following respects:
1. Paragraphs 6(.g) and (h) are deleted and replaced

by the following:

(g) Consolidated Parcel 12: Special Improvement
~ Assessment Lien, ID 2: Principal: $ 379.94
Interest: 128.01
Penalty: 98.35
Total: 606.30
Other Liens for lot clearing, principal, interest,

2. Paragraph 8 is modified and amended replacing
Parcel 12 and Parcel 13 with:
