ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's Motion
for Contempt, Sanctions and Expenses, and the Court having heard the
argument of counsel and being duly advised in the premises and find-
ing that SUERICH ENTERPRISES, INC., has #'ailed to comply with the,
Order of this Court dated June 18, 1980, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1, That the pleadings of Defendants, SUERICH ENTERPRISES,
INC., and RONALD FISHER are hereby stricken and default is entered
against said Defendants for failure to comply with Plaintiff's dis-
covery requests and the orders of this Court regarding production
of banking records.
2. That the case remains set for trial on July 2, 1980
at 9:30 AM.
3. That the Court reserves the right to vacate the default
in the event that the Court finds that complete open and honest dis-
covery is given to Plaintiff.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~S~-'day of
June, 1980.
