PROMISSORY NOTE
I promise to pay you at your above address the Amount Financed together with Finance Charge at the rate set forth above. I agree to do so in consecutive
monthly payments in the number, amounts and at the times provided above, until fully paid. Payment! shalt be applied first to pay Finance Charges and
then to the unpaid balance of the Amount Financed. If f fail to make any payment when due, or if 1 am in default of anything 1 have agreed to do in she
Security Agreement or Mortgage, you may, without notifying or demanding anything further of me, require me to pay you at once the remaining unpaid
