COMES NOW, the Petitioner, CAROLYN MOORE by and through
her undersigned attorney alleges as follows:

2. LARRY RING is an incompetent, whose date of birth was
January 12, 1956, who is 24-years of age, and whose social se-
curity number us 264-29-6457. The residence of the incompetent
is 1902 Avenue N, Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is Active

4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person and
