7. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
the incompetent is resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
8. CAROLYN MOORS a resident of the State of Florida is sui
juris and otherwise qualified under the laws of Florida to act
as guardian of the person and property of the incompetent; and
is entitled to preference because she is the sister of the in-
competent and all other interested parties have ~raived such pre-
ference and have consented to the appointment of the petitioner.
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the infor-
mation required by Florida Law and by the applicable Florida
Rule of Probate and Guardianship Precedure that is not set forth
in full above cannot be ascertained without delay that would
adversely affect the incompetent or the incompetent's property.
WHEREFORE, petitioner request that CAROLYN I~OORE be appoint
ed as guardian of the Person and Property of the incompetent.
Under penalties of per3ury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
