THIS AGREEMENT between KARL BAUER AND BESSIE S. BAUER, ~
his wife,
(Borrower) and •
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Lender),
W I T N E S S E T H, that
WHEREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower
in the principal am unt~of One-hundred-seventy-six-thousand-
dollars---($176,$00.00)
evidenced by Borrower's Note in the amount of the loan dated
November 29, 1979 and
WHEREAS, Borrower has requested Lender to modify certain
provisions pertaining to the aforesaid loan;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
other good and valuable consideration, Borrower agrees with
Lender as follows, to-wit:
$1907.84 shall be due and payable on the first day of each
consecutive month for 240. months beginning August 1, 1980;
apply payment-first to interest, balance to principal.
Maturity date is July 1, 2000.
~ Interest rate is 11.75$ per annum.

Borrower hereby authorizes and directs Lender to take any
action necessary to conform the original Note, security instru-
_ meets and other collateral documents.to the terms as herein
modified, and by these presents accepts and confirms their
~ liability under said Note, security instruments and other col-
~ lateral documents, with the terms as herein modified. •
Borrower furtl;er agrees that the foreyoing Modification
g shall in no way affect or otherwise release any collateral held
by Le~ider as security to said Note; but acknowledges and agrees
' that all collateral held by Lender as security to said Note shall
continue to secure the Note to the same extent and in the same
manner as if•the foregoing Modification had not been effected.
