Subject to easements, reservations, restrictions, and zoning regula-
tions of record.
Subject to Mortgage from Grantor to EARNEST R. DUNK and CLEOPATRA B.
DUNK, his wife, dated October 24, 1977, recorded October 24, 1977, in
Official Records Book 276, page 465, in the original principal amount
of $179,500.00, and-Grantee by. the acceptance and recording of this
Deed agrees to assume the balance due under said Mortgage and covenant
that it will hold Grantor harmless from any and all further liability
