AMENDMENT TO
DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM ~
OF
NETTLES ISLAND, INC.

The Board of Directors of Nettles Island, Inc., upon ~
receiving the written authorization and approval of 758 of
the unit owners of Nettles Island, Inc. hereby amend the
i
Declaration of Condominium as follows:
IV. OWNERSHIP OF COMMON ELEMENTS -Add the following to the -
3rd paragraph: _
These common elements include, but are not limited to the
following: the water distribution system,...parking areas,
drainage facilities, the chain link fence on the north, east
and south side of Section I, the chain link fence on Nettles
Island Boulevard, Section I from east boundary line, west,
the chain link fence on the north side of Nettles Island Boule-
yard between the property of Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc.
and Nettles Island, Inc. in Section I, and all other fences on ;
condominium property, the wooden dock on the south side of the ~
causewa ,...enjoyment of the owners of the lots.
The President is directed to take all necessary action to

effectuate said changes. ~
These changes amend the Declaration of Condominium as ;
recorded in Official Records Book 186, Page 2720, public records
I
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
