the verdict, and/or directed verdict as to the threshhold issue,
and for relief from Judgment; and the Court having considered
the same, hearing the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiff's Motion for New Trial is denied;
2. The Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment in Accordance
with Motions for Directed Verdict or, in the Alternative, Judgment

3. The Plaintiff's Motion for Relief from Judgment is
