O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 20th day of June,
1980, upon the Motion for Temporary Relief, and the Court
having heard the testimony of the parties and having reviewed
the Financial Affidavits filed herein, and the Court finding
that there were two children born as issue of this marriage
between the parites, to-wit; RRISTINA SUMMER, age 9 1/2 years
and JAMES SUMMER, age 2 months, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Wife be granted temporary, exclusive possession
of the marital home.
(2) That the Wife be granted temporary custody of the
two minor children, to-wit; RRISTINA SUMMER and JAMES SUMMER.
(3) That the Husband be granted all reasonable rights

of visitation with the two minor children.

(4) -That the two minor children shall not-be removed by
i
either party from the State of Florida.
(5) That the Husband shall continue to make the mortgage
f
s
~ payments on the marital home, and shall make arrangements and
pay the medical bills for the minor children, including the
two month old baby.
(6) That commencing the 20th day of June, 1980,
KENNETH R. SUMMER shall pay to BRENDA K. SUMMER, the sum of
$35.00 per week per child, for the support of the minor children

named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this ;

Court and by him remitted promptly to BRENDA R. SUMMER. In I
addition,- there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
