the laws of the United States of America,' the owner of a certain mortgage given by JdrtteS A. BUrbd and
Darlene A. 6urba, his wife dated August 6 19 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. LUCi @ County, Florida, in 0 ~ R • Book 314 °n
585 ,securing the payment of tha sum of FORTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100--------------

covering property in the County of $t. LUCie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
