YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
abov
~ d Plaintiff against the above named Defendants on the
~.j day of June, 1980, in the above entitled Court, involving
the following described real property situate, lying and being in
' St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 248, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 6,
according to the plat thereof on file in
~ Plat Book 12 , pages 36 , 36A thru 36D, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated June 25, 1979, from Luis A.
Cata, a married adult, to First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, which said indenture of mortgage is recorded in
O. R. Book 311 at page 1149 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Please be governed accordingly.
