'The undersigned, as personal relx~entative of the above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, DURWARD BURTON SKIFF a resident of
St . Lawrence City New York died on
March 27 ~ 19 79 ,and Letters of Administration were issued to
Pietitioner on January 2 , ~9 .
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts
and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the
last accounting filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of alt claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the

payment of all expenses of administration.

4. Petitioner has fired all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and
with the Deparbnent of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
S. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets •of this estate as set
forth in the sdredule of distr~ution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
