PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner,-FRANK J. LYNCH, JR., as Guardian of the
property of OVE MUNCH, Incompetent, respectfully alleges:
1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain property,
which Petitioner desires to sell,. described as follows:
One 1957 Skyline Travel Trailer
located at Lot 18, Seminole Mobile Home
Park, 3318 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida
A copy of the Certificate of Title of said property is attached
hereto and made a part hereof marked as Exhibit "A".

~ 2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and
necessary to sell the property described above for the following

reasons: Said ward is now deceased; the money is needed to pay
costs of Court attorneys fees, and bills of his last illness.
