This Contract, Made this day of June, in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty. Between
FRANK J. LYNCH, JR., as Guardian of OVE MUNCH, Seller, of Fort
Pierce, Florida, and party of the first past, and LANCE BRADLER,
a single adult of Fort Pierce, Florida, Buyer and party of the
second part.
WITNESSETH: That if the said LANCE BRADLER, party of
the second part, .shall first make payment and perform the covenants
hereinafter mentioned to be made and performed, said FRANK J. LYNCH,
JR., as Guardian of OVE MUNCH, party of the first part,. hereby
covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the .said LANCE BRADLEIt,
party of the second part, good and marketable title, clear of all
encumbrances whatsoever, of that personal property situated in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and described as
follows:
One, 1957 Skyline Travel Trailer.
Certificate of Title which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof marked as
' Exhibit "A".
and the said LANCE BRADLER, party of the second part, hereby cove-
nants and agrees to pay the said FRANK J. LYNCH, JR., as Guardian
of OVE MUNCH, party of the first part, the sum of Six Hundred
($600.00) Dollars upon the receipt of the Certificate of Title from t

FRANK J. LYNCH, JR., as Guardian of OVE MUNCH. Said travel trailer
hereinbefore described is being sold "as is" on the date of this
contract and no improvements, repairs or alterations are to be made
to said travel trailer hereinbefore described, as a condition of
this sale.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED, that upon execution of this contract,
FRANK J. LYNCH, JR., as Guardian of OVE MUNCH, party of the first
part, shall execute any documents and transfer title to the above-
described property to LANCE BRADLER, party of the second part.
