The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed ackaavledges that
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condosiniu~ described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all-of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby lapresses a lien upon the land
and real property described abrnre, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees ~
that said Declaration of Coadoniniu~ and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements k
coaceraing the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
