The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condowiniur
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionst the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable the Grantee hereby iwpresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of oo~ndoainiuw and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Oor?doainiuw and its exhibits and
the purchase agreewent executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducewents concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
