PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on
this ~~da of 1980, releases from the lien of that
mortg g~

That certain Condominium parcel composed of-Unit No.~,
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements appur-
tenant thereto in accordance with and sub3ect to-the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar. Yiilas Condominium C,
as recorded in Official Records Book 332, pages 1133 through
1200, and as amended in Official Records Book 332, pages 1432
through 1435, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. _ •
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
