The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Osed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condowiniua
described above, including the provisions o! all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all o! said provisions the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security !or his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Co~ndomiaiia and its exhibitst and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Cond~oainium and its exhibits and
the purc~;ase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all o! the warranties,.
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land j
and real property described above.
