PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR YILLAS OEYELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
. ation to him paid, ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on

as recorded in Official Records Book 332, pages 1133 through
1200, and as amended in Official Records Book 332, pages 1432
through 1435, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.-
