Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FREDERICK SUNDHSIM, JR., who after being duly sworn on oath deposes
and says;
1. That he is attorney, practicing in the Martin, St.
Lucie County area for more than seven years.
2. That he is acquainted with CLARA G. WOODRUFF, the
present owner of Lot 6, Block 8, South Port St. Lucie Unit .One, as
in Plat Book 12, pages 1 and 2, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
~3. That the title to the above described property was
held in the name of ROBERT C. WOODRUFF and JULIE W. MANNER, who
are the children of CLARA G. WOODRUFF, and that they held title for
their mother as part of an estate planning arrangement.
4. That he knows of his own knowledge that at no time did
ROBERT C. WOODRUFF, JR. or JULIE W. MANNER, ever permanently reside
on this property and at no time was it their homestead.
