The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate,
alleges;
i
1. The decedent, WILLIAM R. HBII.S, a resident of Morris County,
New Jersey, died on October 20, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued
to Petitioner on March 13, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting containing a complete

report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration
of this estate together with letter of instruction from the Attorney for the dom-
icilary estate setting. out therein, inter alia, attoraey~s fees and personal re-

preseatatives fees.
3. Petitioner, in addition to the ordinary personal representatives
duties, offered for sale and completed sales transactions for two separate percale ~

of property, upon which there was no additional charges, sale commissions, binder i
arrangements, closing and satisfaction of encumbrance notwithstanding which the
petitioner's arrangement for Sx in each capacity has not been enlarged and notwith- f
~ standing unusual additional circumstances.
~ 4. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment,
settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and ;

by paying or~making provision for the payment of all taxes and ezpensea of admini-
stration.
5. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal
a representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the
personal representative is set forth in the Final Accounting as agreed on.
~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets
of this estate as set forth in the Final accounting attached hereto.
7. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the
Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida
sad has obtained and filed with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this
~ eatate~s obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
