Dear Mr. Stone:
This will reassure you that you are authorized to act
as attorney and personal representative to probate this estate and
handle the transfers in Florida. Do I understand that the expenses
there will not exceed S~ "in each case", unless there should arise
an unusual circumstance?
I shall appreciate your outlining the procedure in
Florida and what detail you require. me to furnish you. I suggest,
~ if you have not done so already, that you commence whatever has to
be done so we can expedite the administration and completion.

Are your estate or inheritance taxes figured on real
and personal property located in your State; for anon-resident de-
cedent? Do you make a distinction between tangible and intangible
personal property for inclusion in your State taxes? In your re-
quest for inventory in this domiciliary estate, what details do
~ you wish? We have no real estate here. We have a car and couple
of bank accounts, proceeds of life insurance, government savings
bonds and a few shares of stock of closely held corporation for
which Mr. Heile worked. The only so-called inventory we will..have
is list included in our State and possibly Federal estate returns.

~ Do you need any further authorization from our Execu-
~ tors for you to move ahead in this Estate? There is a mortgage
(only one I know of) on the Lots 20 and 21 Block 6 Unit 1 Lakewood
Park Subdivision for $5000 which you prepared in 1976. There is
no interest on the obligation so secured. We believe it would
