THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion
for Protective Order, and the Court having heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion for
Protective Order is granted and Plaintiff's Deposition shall
not be taken until after August 10, 1980. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall not be
entitled to take Defendants' Deposition until after Plaintiff

has been deposed. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's claim for
attorney's fees, in connection with the Motion for Protective
f Order be and the same. is hereby denied.
