day of June, 1980 on the Defendant's, NORA B. MILLER, Motion
to Dismiss as }o Count V and VI of the Second Amended
Complaint and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
having been fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Defendants Motion to Dismiss as to Counts
V and VI of the Second Amended Complaint are hereby dismissed.
2. That all Defendants have fifteen (15) days from the
date of this Order within which to fully answer the Second
Amended Complaint.
