3. -Other Provisions: That either party may amend
their Pre-Trial list of witnesses up to five (5) days prior
to the commencement of the trial.
4. Expert Witnesses may be called out of turn by
'either party.
5. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Con- ~
ference and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to
testify, except the parties themselves. Either party may call
any witness listed by any other party.
6. Plaintiff shall have 3 preemptory challenges. $~~S'

7. Proposed jury instructions, on a separate sheet
for each charge, shall be submitted to the Court at the beginn-
ing of the .trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional jury
instructions shall be submitted no later than at the conclusion
of the testimony.
8. Exercise of challenge shall be outside the hearing
of the jury in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431(e).
