FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 16th day of June, 1980,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the .parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, Thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The-Marriage between RICHARD D. DiFRANCESCO and SHIRLEY A.
DiFRANCESCO being the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising there

E from.
2. CHILDREN. There have been no children born as issue of this
marriage and none are contemplated.
3. PROPERTY. The parties own no real property. The personal
property of the parties shall be divided as follows:
A. Each party is to retain all personal property which
has been previously divided except as set out herein.
B. The husband is to receive the 1973 Chevrolet Monte

E Carlo automobile, and the wife is ordered to convey over to the husband
any interest which she has in said automobile. -
