C. The husband is to receive the stove and the wife
is to receive the microwave oven.
D. The wife is to receive the 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser.
E. The husband is to receive the older of the two
refrigerators owned by the parties.
4. NAME CHANGE. The wife, SHIRLEY A. DiFRANCESCO, is
hereby restored to her maiden name, Shirley A. Williams.
5. ATTORNEY'S FEE. The husband is ordered to pay $250.00
toward the wife's attorney's fees incurred herein.
6. RESTRAINING ORDER. The husband, RICHARD D. DiFRANCESCO,
is hereby restrained and enjoined from interfering with, molesting,
harrassing, or using physical violence on the wife, SHIRLEY A.
DiFRANCESCO (Shirley A. Williams); and all and singular Sherriffs
of the State of Florida are directed to render such assistance to

SHIRLEY A. DiFRANCESCO (Shirley A. Williams) as maybe necessary
in ensuring the compliance with this Order, without further order
of this Court.
