of the attorneys for the respective parties, and the Court
being otherwise satisfied in the premises, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

a.m. in Case X80-592 F.R. Sharp, shall be and it is stricken
j from the calendar and these cases, to wit: X80-317, Sharp and
X80-592 F.R. Sharp, shall be and they are consolidated for all
~ purposes under Case #80-317, Sharp, and that no further pleadings
~ need be filed in Case #80-592 F.R. Sharp.
