ORDER TO CONTINUE PROCEEDINGS
AND FOR MARRIAGE COUNSELING
This cause came on for trial before this Court on the
13th day of June, 1980. .During the testimony the Husband
denied that the marriage between the parties was irretrievably
broken. The Husband also testified that he wished to have
the Court order marriage counseling for:the parties in an
effort to reconcile their marriage. There was also evidence
that, during the pendency of this case, the parties had been ~
cohabiting .together as husband and wife. Accordingly, it is
thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this cause be, and the same
is hereby continued for a period of ninety (90) days and the
parties be, and the same are hereby directed to obtain
marriage counseling for the purpose of attempting to recon- '
cile their marriage. The Husband shall be responsible for
~ and pay the reasonable expense of said counseling.
Done and Ordered in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida,
