ORDER
THIS MATTER coming upon the Wife's Motion for
Temporary Relief and the parties having agreed on same, it is
therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That temporary custody of the minor children
of the parties, THOMAS E. WOUTERS, RICHARD A. WOUTERS and
DANIEL J. WOUTERS, is hereby awarded to the Wife, ELIZABETH K.
WOUTERS, with reasonable visitation reserved unto the Husband,
EDWARD S. WOUTERS.
2. That temporary possession of-the marital home
is hereby awarded to the Wife, ELIZ u TH R. WOUTERS.
3. Commencing the 27 day of , A. D.,

~I 1980, EDWARD S. WOUTERS, shall pay to ELIZABE H R. WOUTERS the sum
of $100.00 each and every week for the support of the minor
children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court and by him remitted promptly to ELIZABETH K. WOUTERS. Zn
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory

costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.. All payments

g shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
5 their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order
is in effect.
