TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on
June 20, 1980, on the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief,
and the Court having heard the testimony given before it, _
and arguments of the counsel for the Wife and arguments of
the counsel for the Husband, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, JULIA M. NIXON, is hereby awarded tem-
porary possession of the marital home and furniture and fur-
' nishings located at 1803 Juanita Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.

~ The Wife shall make the monthly payments due for all mortgage
payments to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce in the approximate amount of $173.00 a month.
~ 2. The rent received from that certain house located
at 2904 Avenue R, Fort Pierce, Florida, shall be the property -
of the Wife and the Wife shall be responsible for the mortgage
to Sun Bank of St. Lucie County in the approximate amount of -
$84.00 per month.
3. The Wife is hereby awarded temporary possession
of the 1980 Buick and she shall be responsible for the monthly
f payments due and owing on the same. The Husband, ARCHIE L. ?
