pick-up truck and is responsible for the monthly payments
due thereon.
4. Temporary custody of the two minor children, to-wit:
CHRISTOPHER NIXON, age 8 and CRYLSTAL NIXON, age 5, is hereby
awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights granted
to the Husband.
5. The Husband is to pay no additional child support
other than those payments-received from VA Administration
and Social Security.
6. That the Restraining Order previously entered in
this case shall remain in full force and effect as issued by
this Court.
7. The Husband shall make all the monthly mortgage
payments due and owed on the jointly held real property in
Gifford, Florida,to the Southeast Sebastian River Bank in
the approximate amount of $149.24 ner month.
8. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper.
