to Dismiss .Plaintiff's Complaint. Having heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss
be and the same is hereby denied and the Defendant shall have
fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order in which to file
an answer to Plaintiff's Complaint.
